Birzim Phos® provides an increase in Phosphorus, Calcium, Zinc and Magnesium digestion. Since phytate phosphorus separates, mineral binding or the ability to chelate with minerals, starches and proteins is reduced. Phosphorus is an essential trace element in animal nutrition. It is used in the development of the skeletal system, in the formation of egg shells. Energy, amino acid and mineral gains (Zn, Fe, Ca, …) are provided indirectly with the Birzim Phos 5000®. At low pH, phytic acid reduces the utilization of proteins and reduces the metabolic energy from the diet. The bioavailability of some metal ions is reduced with phytic acid when PH is neutral.
